About Our Drop-Off Programs

The Academy Lexington’s after-school pick-up and full-day drop-off/NTI programs provide a convenient and engaging solution for busy families. With transportation from local schools, children transition seamlessly into a structured environment filled with supervised activities like gymnastics, games, and group play. Beyond physical activity, the program also emphasizes social and emotional learning, helping students build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and strengthen communication in a positive setting. On full-day or NTI days, kids enjoy extended time to stay active, connect with peers, and participate in fun, skill-building experiences—all while parents have peace of mind knowing their children are safe, supported, and growing both physically and emotionally.

After School Pickup Program

The Academy Gymnastics After School Program operates in conjunction with the Fayette County Public School’s calendar which begins in August and ends in May. You may join at any point as spots are or become available. Our After School Program includes exercise and classes in our 6,000 square foot facility 5 days a week. Transportation from school to our facility is provided along with an afternoon snack for the kids.

NTI/Full Day Drop-Off

The Academy’s NTI/Full Day Drop-Off program provides a structured, safe environment for kids to stay engaged throughout the day. Students have dedicated time for NTI (Non-Traditional Instruction) or their schoolwork, along with supervised activities that include gymnastics, games, and movement-based learning. This program is perfect for working parents, offering a balance of education, physical activity, and fun while helping children stay productive and active.

Children's Social and Emotional Learning Group

The Academy’s Children’s Social and Emotional Learning Group, in partnership with Bluegrass Counseling Services, helps kids build confidence, communication skills, an emotional awareness in a supportive, structured setting. Through guided activities and group interaction, children learn how to manage emotions, develop healthy relationships, and navigate social situations. This collaborative program blends movement, discussion, and skill-building to support each child’s overall well-being and personal growth.

Pricing & How to Get Started!

Registration Price Per Family Annually: $45

One registration covers all family members annually.

 Tuition Price Weekly: 1 Child = $90, 2 Kids = $170, 3 Kids = $240

Who can enroll? We are currently enrolling Kindergarten- 5th Grade

How do I enroll? Stop in or click our “Contact Us” button to request our registration forms.

Submit completed paperwork, along with nonrefundable registration fee, and first installment of tuition to join.

You may join at any time as spots are or become available. We will prorate according to your start date.

All payments made to The Academy are non-refundable.
